Getting Started
How do I sign up for a Loverly vendor account?
You can sign up directly through our vendor registration page. If you accidentally create a couple/user account instead of a vendor account, email vendors@loverly.com and our team can assist.
How do I claim my existing vendor profile on Loverly?
If your business already exists in our directory, you’ll be prompted to claim the profile during sign-up. If not, you’ll be asked to create a new profile with your business information.
What information should I include in my vendor profile?
You can add your location, service area, payment methods, deposits, minimums, and any other important business details. You can also upload 5–10 photos to showcase your work, with the option to update or add more at any time.
How long does it take for my Loverly vendor profile to be published?
On average, vendor profiles take about two weeks to be reviewed and published. You'll receive an email once your profile is live.
What if there’s an issue claiming my vendor profile due to an incorrect email?
Please email vendors@loverly.com and our team can assist with updating or reconnecting the correct email.
Can I have multiple profiles for different business locations or brands?
Currently, each account can only have one vendor profile. This is a feature we’re working on for the future.
What if I’m interested in displaying my products in the Loverly wedding shop?
If you’d like to feature your products in the Loverly wedding shop, please email brand@loverly.com with your inquiry. Our team will guide you through the process and provide details on product submissions, curation, and visibility opportunities.
Loverly Plus Membership
Is the basic Loverly vendor profile free?
Yes! A standard Loverly vendor profile is completely free and includes:
- Your vendor profile with business details, location, and services
- The ability to submit real weddings
- Receiving inquiries from couples
- Appearing in location-based searches so couples can find you easily
What is Loverly Plus?
Loverly Plus is an optional paid membership that increases your visibility and prioritizes your placement throughout the site. It also includes priority review for real wedding submissions, social media and email features, and access to profile analytics.
How much does Loverly Plus cost?
Loverly Plus is $59/month and is billed automatically. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime by emailing plus@loverly.com.
Does Loverly Plus guarantee more inquiries?
Not necessarily. While it does not guarantee increased inquiries, the membership significantly boosts your visibility and exposure across the Loverly platform.
How does Loverly Plus priority placement work?
Plus profiles are highlighted with a different color and appear first on service-based landing pages and location searches, increasing your visibility to couples.
What is the Social Spotlight upgrade?
Once you upgrade to Loverly Plus, you can purchase a Social Spotlight for a one-time payment of $299. To request one, email plus@loverly.com.
How does the Social Spotlight feature help my business?
The Social Spotlight highlights your business on Loverly’s social media, linking directly to your vendor profile. It includes a visible Instagram tag and increases exposure to potential clients.
Can I see analytics for my vendor profile?
Yes. Loverly Plus members can view profile stats directly in their dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership at any time?
Yes. To upgrade your account, click here. To downgrade, please email plus@loverly.com.
Can I cancel mid-month and get a refund?
No. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
Managing Your Vendor Profile
How do I update my vendor profile information or images?
Visit your vendor dashboard and click the “Profile” tab. Scroll down to where it says “upload a profile image,” select your new image, and scroll to “replace photo.”
Can I add videos to my vendor profile?
Yes. You can embed videos from Vimeo or use the YouTube embed link.
How do I update my preferred vendor list or “vendors I work with”?
You can manage this in the Network tab of your dashboard. These are vendors you’ve worked with and recommend to couples.
Can I add multiple services to my vendor profile?
Yes. We ask for your primary service but also provide a section to list additional services.
How do I recover access if I forget my vendor account email?
If you forget which email is linked to your vendor profile, please email vendors@loverly.com for assistance.
How can I make my vendor profile more visible to couples?
Upgrading to a Loverly Plus membership ($59/month) increases placement in searches and landing pages, making your profile more visible to couples.
Are there best practices for photos and videos on my profile?
We recommend 5–10 high-resolution photos that showcase your work in multiple styles to appeal to a wide audience. Include a mix of portrait and landscape images. Videos can be added via Vimeo or YouTube embed links.
How does appearing in location-based searches work?
Your profile’s main service location appears in search results. You can also specify additional service areas (local, national, international), which will appear on your profile. For areas outside your main location, include them in your description for better visibility.
Can I link my social media accounts to my Loverly profile?
Yes! Linking your social accounts is a great way to show off your past work and connect with couples.
Can I add my Loverly profile to my website?
Yes. You can share your profile link on your website to showcase your feature on Loverly.
How often should I update my vendor profile?
We recommend reviewing and updating your profile twice a year to keep your information and photos current.
Do you have badges I can share once my vendor profile is published?
Yes! Once published, you’ll have access to featured badges to add on your email signature, website, or other marketing materials.
Inquiries & Communication
How do couples contact me on Loverly?
Couples can reach out directly through your vendor profile using an inquiry form. All inquiries are emailed to the address on your account and include their event date and contact information.
How quickly should I respond to vendor inquiries?
We recommend responding within 2–3 business days for the best client experience.
Real Wedding Submissions
Can vendors submit real weddings to Loverly?
Yes. Vendors are encouraged to submit real wedding albums. When you submit, you confirm that you have permission from the couple and photographer and agree that Loverly may feature the images on the site and social media.
Can I submit weddings I wasn’t the lead vendor on, but helped coordinate?
Yes. Just be sure to include all vendors involved to highlight their work as well.
Are photographers the only vendors that can submit Real Weddings?
No! Any vendor can submit a real wedding. We ask that submissions include high-resolution, high-quality images that showcase the wedding day. You can also add videos using Vimeo links or YouTube embed links to enhance your submission.
What makes a strong real wedding submission?
We recommend submitting 20–30 high-resolution photos that highlight all aspects of the wedding day, a complete vendor list, and a short summary describing the celebration.
Can I submit multiple weddings at once?
Yes. You are welcome to submit as many weddings as you would like.
Are all real wedding submissions accepted?
Not all submissions are accepted. If a submission is declined, it does not mean you can’t submit future albums — it simply means that particular wedding did not meet editorial criteria.
What happens if information or images are missing?
Our editorial team will email you outlining what needs to be updated. You can add the missing details and resubmit. This does not mean it is declined.
What is the approval timeline for real weddings?
Approval typically takes about two weeks. Once approved, your album is usually published within another two weeks.
Do I need to include the venue and photographer in my submission?
Yes. Real wedding submissions must include the venue and photographer in the vendor list.
How do I check the status of my real wedding submission?
You can check status updates anytime in your vendor dashboard.
Will my real wedding publication be shared on social media?
Social sharing is not guaranteed. Once published, your album is submitted to our social team for review. If they decide to feature it, they’ll tag all listed vendors.
Do you have badges if my real wedding submission was published?
Yes! Once published, you’ll have access to real wedding badges to feature on your email signature, website, or other marketing materials.
Do you require exclusivity?
Nope! We do not require exclusivity. We know exposure is important in the vendor industry, so you’re free to share your wedding elsewhere — we just ask that submissions meet our editorial standards.
Client Collaboration & Tools
Can I invite clients to collaborate with me on Loverly?
Yes. Vendors can invite clients to plan alongside them directly through the vendor dashboard.
Can I collaborate with multiple couples at the same time?
Yes. You can work with and manage multiple clients simultaneously within your dashboard.
