The Save to Loverly button makes it easy to save your dream wedding inspiration and vendors to your planning dashboard.
To make wedding planning as easy as possible, we’ve put together 12 checklists to guide you through each month of wedding planning. That way you’ll always know what you need to work on...and what you can skip (for now). Here is the wedding checklist for nine month before your wedding day.
-Create a wedding website. It’s the easiest way to share info with your guests that’s too long or too complicated to put on your invitations. Plus, as the big day draws near, your website is a great way to keep all of your guests in the loop.
-Create your wedding registry. Spend time with your fiance to pick items for your registry that are in various price points for your guests to choose from.
-Choose your bridal party, ushers, flower girls, and ring bearer, and ask them to be in the wedding.
-Find inspiration for your wedding florals.
-Purchase and send save the dates.
-Pin bridal hair and makeup inspiration.
-Choose your wedding gown or attire and purchase. If you're ordering a gown from a bridal salon, you'll need at least three months for the dress to be delivered. If you think an off-the-rack gown is more your style, you can wait a bit longer.
-Start looking for bridesmaid attire inspiration.
-Research & book entertainment and/or photo booth.
-If planning a destination wedding, research marriage license process.
-Research and book event rental suppliers (tent, lighting, furniture, linens).
-Book hotel room blocks for guests. We know you haven’t even sent out your save-the-dates yet. Because hotel rooms get booked up all the time, make sure you plan accordingly when booking blocks for your guests.
Time to get started—we'll see you next month!
